You win everyday

01

Zero thinking required.

I already picked the 24 things. You just pick the square. You make enough decisions all day.

02

Wins you can see.

Cross it off with a Sharpie. Yell bingo in the kitchen. Have fun with it!

03

Make it yours.

There's a blank card in there too. Fill it with whatever you keep saying you'll get to.

Why I made it

I kept saying I was going to.

I follow through on everything. Practices, appointments, the permission slip, the thing I told somebody else I'd handle by Thursday. All of it gets done.

It's my own list I keep pushing. More water. A walk. Actually sitting down to eat instead of standing at the counter doing three other things. I'd say it out loud on a Sunday and by Wednesday I couldn't name one thing I'd done about it.

So I quit saying it and made it something I could cross off.

Turns out I'll do almost anything if it's small and I can see it. Miss a few days? Pick up where you left off. The card doesn't know.

How to play

Three rules. That's it.

01
Screenshot it or stick it on the fridge.Somewhere you'll actually see it.
02
Pick one square. Do it today. Not the hardest one. The one you can do before somebody needs something.
03
Five in a row is bingo. Then show me.Post your card and tag @nikkicheakwellness. I want to see it. Fill the card? I want to know how much better you are feeling!
