I’m a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach, mom of three, and I created The Collective because I refused to accept that feeling like crap in my 40s was just “how it is.”

I was gaining weight even though I was “trying to be healthy.” My mood swings were affecting how I showed up for my kids. And the research kept pointing back to food - but the advice was conflicting, the marketing confusing, and nobody was talking about what actually works when you’re exhausted.

I wasn’t just scared for me. I was scared for my kids watching me accept this as normal.

So I figured it out. For me. For my kids. Because chronic disease isn’t some far-off possibility - it’s being set up right now by the choices we make (or don’t make) today.

Here’s what I don’t do: Hand you a pretty meal plan and disappear. Tell you to “just eat more protein.” Pretend motivation is the missing piece.

What I do: Help you build the skills and support you need to make healthy eating work in real life - when your body is changing, life is full, and you’re tired of starting over.
