Your plan is unlocked

You’re the Constant Restarter.

Here’s your full breakdown, plus a short video from me on exactly how to work it. Keep an eye on your inbox too, your first few days of steps are on the way.

A quick walk-through of your pattern and your first move.

You don’t have trouble starting.

You can start on Monday like nobody’s business. You make the plan. Buy the groceries. Tell yourself you’re keeping it simple this time.

Then the week gets away from you.

Practice runs late. You grab takeout. You eat something you hadn’t planned. And instead of deciding what to do next, your brain moves the starting line.

Tomorrow. Next Monday. After the weekend.

You’ve done this enough times that you’ve started wondering why you can follow through on everything else but not this.

Here’s what I see instead.

You know how to begin. Nobody has ever taught you how to continue after the week stops going according to plan.

Most programs give you a day-one plan. They don’t give you a Thursday-night plan. So the second you’re no longer following the plan, starting over feels like your only option.

That is the part Real Food Made Easy helps you fix.

Inside RFME, you’ll learn one way to build a meal from whatever you already have. You’ll understand how those meals affect the afternoon crash, nighttime cravings, and weight that isn’t responding the way it used to. And you’ll build a plan for the night nothing goes right.

Not so you never get off track.

So getting off track stops sending you back to the beginning.

The founding round will be hands-on because this pattern does not change from watching another lesson alone. You need to bring in the Thursday that fell apart and learn what continuing looks like on Friday.

You don’t need another Monday. You need a way through Thursday.

Tonight: Don’t make a new plan for the week. Build the next plate.

Real Food Made Easy opens August 26.

This first round will be small on purpose. You’ll get the closest support, first access before enrollment opens publicly, and the founding price.

Joining the waitlist does not enroll you. There’s no card and no commitment. It puts your name on the first-access list so you can see the full details before deciding whether it fits.

You have tried plans built for the week you hoped you would have. This one is built for the week you actually do.
