Hey! I'm Nikki!

Certified Health & Nutrition Coach | Real Food Advocate | Boy Mom (with a stocked pantry and a plan that finally makes sense).

Let me guess, you’re juggling grocery lists, after-school chaos, and trying to eat healthy without it feeling like another full-time job.

You want to feel better, to have energy that lasts past 3 p.m., to stop second-guessing what’s “healthy,” and to feed your family without losing your sanity.

I see you, and I’ve been you.

For years, I tried to follow all the “healthy” rules,  eating clean, cutting carbs, tracking everything,  and still felt inflamed, foggy, and frustrated.

It wasn’t that I lacked discipline. It was that no one was teaching women like us how to eat in a way that actually fits our lives.

I know what it's like to try every approach out there, and still feel like healthy eating has to be harder than it should be.

A few years ago, I was that mom who tried so many different things....

One day, I flipped over a “healthy” granola bar and saw a list of ingredients longer than my grocery list.
That was the moment I realized: if I didn’t even know what I was feeding myself (or my kids), how could I expect to feel good?

That moment sent me down a rabbit hole of learning how real food impacts hormones, energy, and mood, especially in midlife.
And the more I simplified, the better everything got.

My energy came back.
My meals stopped feeling like a chore.
And for the first time, I felt confident that I was actually doing what my body needed, not just what the internet said was “healthy.”

So I created Real Food Made Easy, because moms like us don’t need another plan.
We need clarity.

We need to know what works, why it works, and how to make it doable in the middle of real life,  work deadlines, carpool lines, and all.

And I wanted to help other midlife moms build confidence in their food choices, steady their energy, and finally feel proud of how they’re taking care of themselves.

You deserve to feel good in your body - and confident in how you’re taking care of it.

It’s not about doing everything perfectly.
It’s about simple strategies that actually work with your hormones, your energy, and your real life.

Because when healthy feels doable, everything changes.

If you’ve tried to “eat healthy” but you're still unsure of what actually works, you’re not alone, and you’re not doing anything wrong.

I get it, because I’ve lived it.

For years, I did all the things, but instead of feeling in control, I felt burned out and frustrated.

Here’s what I learned:

  • You don’t need a stricter plan, you need clarity.
  • You don’t need to do more, you need a strategy that fits your body, hormones, and season of life.
  • You don’t need to be perfect, you just need a simple system you can actually stick with.

I’m a certified health and nutrition coach, and a mom of three, helping midlife women build confidence with food and energy through real food, flexible structure, and practical strategies that work in the middle of real life.

I know how easy it is to put yourself last.
But I also know how good it feels when food stops being a source of stress, when you have a plan that feels doable, and you trust yourself again.

Because when healthy feels doable, everything changes.
