I’m a certified health coach and a mom of three boys—so yeah, I know what chaos looks like.

For years, I felt like I was doing all the right things—eating “clean,” working out when I could, trying to hold it all together—but I still didn’t feel good in my body. I was tired, frustrated, and constantly wondering if I was doing it wrong.

I kept thinking maybe I just needed more discipline. Or to try harder.
