45. 5 Things That Tell You More Than the Scale
The scale measured your weight this morning. It told you nothing about whether you're getting healthier.
You stepped on it before coffee, before the kids were up, and let one number decide how the whole day was going to feel. I've done it too. This week I'm making the case for why that number is the least useful piece of information your body gives you - and what to track instead.
